How do I sign up for your services?
You do not need to register to use Dial4Discount. You simply have to dial the access number which then allows you to make the call. (CLICK HERE TO FIND YOUR COUNTRY ACCESS NUMBER)

Are all your calls charged at premium rate?
Only numbers beginning 09 are classified premium rate. However prices for premium rate numbers vary enormously, starting from as little as 5p.

Why am I unable to connect to the access number?
Your service provider may bar access to certain numbers or alternatively some service providers may not have updated their system yet to allow you to call certain numbers. We suggest you contact them and request they open up the number you wish to call.
They may also bar access to numbers beginning 09, again please contact your service provider to have the bar lifted.

Can I still use Dial4Discount if I am a Telewest or NTL customer?
Our access numbers can be used from most landlines including Telewest and NTL. The billing process is exactly the same as BT- you will see only the cost of the call to the access number on your bill. The cost of calling our access numbers is determined by your service provider. If you have a problem with your bill please contact your service provider directly.

Can i use Dial4Discount from countries outside the UK?
No, Dial4Discount is a UK only service. Our access number will not work from other countries.
